Our inspector was Larry Reed and he was fantastic. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was very patient and friendly considering there were some mix-ups where we thought the water would be on and it wasn't, he came out for a re-inspection within just a few days after that had been taken care of. This is our first home purchase and he walked us through the inspection and didn't mind me taking notes the entire time and slowing him down with a lot of questions.
