Tom Balai did a very good job on my home inspection. He arrived a little earlier than scheduled (always a good thing) and finished his inspection a a timely manner. Tom was very friendly and thorough. He took the time to explain all the issues he found, showed me where the main water shut-off was hidden (It would have taken a while for me to find it) and explained how a heat pump system worked (I never had a heat pump system) so I wouldn't use too much electricity. I would definitely recommend.
