I have been doing home inspections since 1998. I have done approximately 4,000 inspections. Before that I had been a brewing chemist with Miller Brewing Company for 14 years and a pharmaceutical microbiologist with Sterling Drug Company for four years. I did general handy man work, framing, trim carpentry and painting while in high school, college and graduate school. My hobbies include restoration and maintenance of my 127 year old house and building things such as a greenhouse, toys for the grandkids and guitars.
