If an inspector damages something in the home while performing an inspection, he or she is potentially liable. Our General Liability insurance provides security from such concerns.
Errors & Omissions Insurance and Claims Management Services
BPG E&O insurance protects the inspector against inspection-related claims. We pay the deductible if a claim does arise, and cover the Real Estate Agent and broker for inspection-related issues. Additionally, BPG manages potential and actual claims on behalf of its inspectors. Because of our high standards, training and oversight, BPG has the lowest claims rate of any major inspection company.
